Todd Hill
Born and raised in Silicon Valley, Todd has over 15 years experience building, remodeling and selling residential and commercial real estate. With a background as a custom home builder, Todd knows exactly how to bring those high-end finishes to every SVHOME. Todd is highly experienced at evaluating and acquiring properties, navigating difficult entitlement and permitting processes, managing infrastructure and project construction as well as directing all marketing, sales and leasing programs. In sum, a long term and proven track record in Residential and Commercial Development in multiple markets. Todd lives in Los Gatos with his wife Renee, and their two children, Holly and TJ.
Brett Jennings
For over 12 years, Brett Jennings has been assisting home owners and real estate investors minimize taxes and grow net worth. Prior to his career in real estate, Brett was the founder and Vice President of a boutique financial planning firm specializing in Asset Protection. His diverse background in consulting and financial planning enables him to bring a fresh and creative perspective to your real estate needs.
As a long time Silicon Valley resident and homeowner, as well as an income property owner and manager, Brett understands the challenges his clients face when making important real estate decisions.As a formally trained negotiation expert and recognized expert in his field, Brett is often called upon to orchestrate conferences for agents and investors. Max A. Keech
Mr. Keech served and Principal and Vice President of BKF Engineers from 1980 to 2004. During that period he was responsible for the planning, processing and civil design of many environmentally sensitive master-planned projects throughout the Bay Area. These included such notable projects as the Redwood Shores Master-Planned Community, Oracle Corporation’s Headquarter Campus, Pixar Animation Studio in Emeryville, University Circle in East Palo Alto and the Alameda Naval Air Station Redevelopment. Since 1998, Mr. Keech has also pursued development opportunities that serve unique community needs. These include the Shores Children’s Center, Palomar Oaks, and the Shores Marriott TownePlace Suites. Mr. Keech graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cal State University, Chico, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
Michael Kaufman
Michael has extensive experience in the Real Estate arena with two of Silicon Valley’s largest brokerages; Grubb and Ellis and CB Richard Ellis, specializing in Landlord representation of Midrise and Highrise office properties in the Santa Clara Valley. On the residential side of the business, Michael worked for the Sacramento area’s largest Residential Real Estate Brokerage, Lyon Real Estate, focusing on the El Dorado County market. At SVHOME, Michael lends his expertise towards researching available homes, performing due diligence pertaining to market, title and inherent value analysis, through purchase and possession of every SVHOME. Michael resides in Los Gatos with his 16 year-old daughter, Sarah.
Mark Miano
Mark Miano brings to SVHOME a wealth of skill, experience and professionalism. A licensed Realtor since 1979, Real Estate Broker since 1990 and Mortgage Broker since 1991, he has 33 years experience in real estate sales, marketing, financing, property management, construction and development.
Raised in Los Gatos, Mark has strong community ties and an excellent knowledge of property values, schools and neighborhoods. A graduate of St. Mary’s School, Bellarmine College Preparatory and San Jose State University, he has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Construction & Development and a minor in Cybernetic Systems affording him a strong foundation.
Mark brings dedication and diligence to every transaction. He has special training in raw land sales, short sales and foreclosure properties, has a CDPE Certification, is licensed through NMLS to do mortgage loans and refinancing and is one of our agents responsible for new agent training here at SVHOME.

Martie Wynn
Martie has an extensive background in real estate, including 10 years with AvalonBay Communities, a national real estate investment trust. Her responsibilities included due diligence on acquisitions, property and construction management, vendor relations, personnel recruiting, training, budgeting, and the development of investment packages. She also has a solid background in all phases of residential real estate in the Bay Area, Central Valley, and Sacramento markets. Martie has assisted some of the top brokerages in these markets helping them build their business model. Her expertise has proven to be invaluable in researching the vast amount of daily foreclosure opportunities, in addition to coordination with our partners.
